Kathy Kean

Kathy Kean was born and raised in Anderson and First United Methodist Church.  She has an AA degree in business and a BS degree in English from Ball State University.  She retired from Delphi Corporation with 30 years’ service in October, 2005.  Kathy has a son, Chad Stewart, who lives in Orlando, Florida.

Kathy has served in volunteer ministries at First Church through the years including Sunday school teacher for adults and children, Community Café suppers on Sundays, an usher, a greeter, church office volunteer, as well as serving on various church committees.

She joined the staff at FUMC in March, 2008 in the capacity of Program Support.  She procures volunteers for worship service ministries and other events in the life of the church. Kathy serves as the project lead for maintenance and training for the church software that keeps the church records.
