- Favorite TV show or movie: Call the Midwife and Outlander.
- Favorite music or band: James Taylor, Abba.
- Favorite Bible Verse: Romans 8:38-39 – “For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
- Family: My husband, Mark, and I have been married for 45 years. Our daughter, Elizabeth, and her husband, Jason, attend FUMC, and our son, Andrew, and his wife, Lauren, live in Fishers. We have two grandchildren, Eisley, daughter of Andrew and Lauren, and Jake, son of Jason and Elizabeth.
- Hobbies: Reading, gardening, hiking, bicycling, cooking.
- What led you to (and keeps you in) ministry: I became the pianist at First Baptist Church in Vero Beach, FL when I was in ninth grade and continued in that position until I graduated from high school. I was asked to play piano for the choirs at Anderson FUMC in 2001. I love to play piano, and I have many opportunities to do so as a church pianist.
- What led you to (and keeps you at) Anderson FUMC: We began attending FUMC in 1996 because we were looking for a church with a good youth ministry and excellent music.
- What do you like most about Anderson: Mounds Park
- What do you like most about Anderson FUMC: I love working with Susan Finger and the music program at our church is outstanding. I also find the people to be very friendly and our members have a heart for serving our community.
