What led you to (and keeps you in) ministry?

I first felt God’s call on my life many years ago while at Annual Conference.  Over the years God has continued to call me out of my comfort zone to serve in a variety of ministries.

While the ministries may have changed over the years, the call God placed on my heart all those years ago hasn’t changed.  People of all ages, stage and walks of life need to know that God loves them!

What led you to (and keeps you at) Anderson First United Methodist?

When I moved to Anderson in 2018, my prayer was, “God, I don’t know what you have in store for me, but I am trusting you to drop it in my lap.  Well, after a year God dropped the opportunity to serve at Anderson First United Methodist in my lap!

What do you like most about Anderson?

I grew up just a few miles away in the little town of Lapel.  After living all over the state for the past 25 years, I love being home!

What do you like most about Anderson First United Methodist?

I’ve only been at AFUMC for a very short time, but the welcome I have received has been a blessing!
