What led you to (and keeps you in) ministry?: It seems I’ve been involved in ministry since I was in high school and started a youth choir at my church in upstate New York. The journey has continued by having opportunities to share how I believe God has blessed me with musical ability, Ministry has provided the opportunity to share my gift with others and to see and share God through music.
What led you to (and keeps you at) Anderson First?: The job! The position of organist came open at a time when we wanted to worship in Anderson rather than continue driving to Muncie. An audition and an interview opened the door and 30 years later, I’m still here! What keeps me here are the opportunities I’ve been given and the ways provided to grow spiritually.
What do you like most about Anderson?: It has been a good place to raise a family and plant roots.
What do you like most about Anderson First Methodist?: the People and the opportunities and the support/encouragement I’ve been given.
